8 OctWell, I tried Zumba last night…. and it was a lot of fun! I’ll be adding into my schedule.
Today, I rest. I need a nap ASAP.
Tomorrow: Balance Ball Class & C25k W6D2 (re-do!).
Friday: Rest
Saturday: C25k W6D3 (2.25 miles)
Sunday: Cross Train + Strength
