  • Rest again. Don’t judge me. I was tired this week.

Saturday

  • 35 minute strength circuit including Whittle My Middle 2

Sunday

  • 5 mile run
  • .36 mile cool down
  • Whittle My Middle 2
  • Planning on walking the dogs a mile or so tonight

Total Miles: 10.36
