IT Band Taping

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been suffering from IT Band Syndrome.

I’ve foam rolled, rested, iced… You name it. So I decided to try taping myself with some KT Kinesiology Tape:


Immediately, just walking around the house I could feel a difference. I felt relief!
