Wasa Mini Pizzas

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp Spaghetti/tomato sauce
  • 4 Wasa Light Rye crispbreads
  • 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tsp. grated Parmesan.

Place crisps on baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce over crisps.

Sprinkle cheese over crisps.

Bake in toaster until cheese melts.

Sprinkle with 2 tsp. grated Parmesan.

    You're so creative. I've made them on english muffins but never thought about Wasa crackers.
