T-minus 47 Days

I had an awesome run tonight. I did 3.11 miles in 35 minutes. So proud of myself! It was the run I needed. I have some motivation back!

Goals for the week update:
1. Not eat a single thing past 9pm check
2. Try to drink as much water as I cancheck
3. Run 3 days, at least 3 miles check 1
4. Not eat any chocolate (except Zone bar chocolate) or ice cream check
5. Do push-ups daily did 50 after my run
6. Do 100 crunches daily 50 regular and 50 reverse
7. Do the Shred Level 3 times I plan on doing it tomorrow!
