Sparkpeople Treat

I put my weight into Sparkpeople every morning. Now, here’s my chart over the last 3 weeks:

Doing this has definitely helped spur a downward trend. I highly suggest it!

    I’ve never had coke zero. I may have to try that. Cherry sounds delish! Oh, I may try entering my weight in sparkpeople. It does look like a good motivational tool.

    What do you eat LC cheese on? I love ritz crackers, but they are fattening. I only get 5 crackers for 80 calories.
