Woot

138.6 again today. Sweetness. Whatever I’m doing, it’s working. I like eating every 2-3 hours. I never really have a chance to get that hungry! I’m also going to keep posting screen shots of my sparkpeople page now. I think that’s a lot easier!

On another note, that time of the month is evil. It always managed to sneak up on you when you’re actually losing weight and doing well. I’ll have mine by next weekend, and I’m trying everything in my power to keep this momentum going!

Today is 5 miles. Eek! I’m so nervous.

**Update**
I didn’t quite make the 5 miles. Running into the wind for the last mile and a half just killed everything I had left. I stopped at 4.8 miles. I just had NOTHING left at that point. I got there in under an hour (about 55 minutes). I’d give an exact time, but I stopped my watch accidentally for 2-3 minutes.. not sure how long though.

Here’s my food for the day:

I’ll end up eating about 1285 calories. I haven’t eaten dinner yet, but I put it on there anyways because that’s what’s in the oven ๐Ÿ™‚

Can’t wait to see what’s in store for me tomorrow morning when I weigh-in!
