The Roller Coaster Continues

And I weighed in at 140.4 this morning. Gotta love fluctuation!

Last night, Bran and I went to the gym. I did circuit strength training for 3 rounds. My structure looked like this:

Round 1:
Dumbbell Chest Press 2 sets: 12-15 reps
Push Ups 25 reps
Forward lunges 15 each leg
Seated Leg Extension 2 sets: 12-15 Reps
Crunches 50 reps
Bicycle crunches 50 reps

Round 2:
Lat Pulldown 2 sets: 12-15 reps
Push Ups 25 reps
Weighted Squats 15 reps
Lateral lungs 15 each leg
Plank 1 minute

Round 3:
Overhead Tricep Extension 2 sets: 12-15 reps
Push ups 25 reps
I have no idea what you call this machine because its not on sparkpeople.. but you lay on your stomach, and bend at the knee with the weight bar on the back of your calf. Yeah. I did that. 2 sets: 12-15 reps
Weighted heel raises 50 reps
Reserve crunches 30 reps
Superman stretches 30 reps
Twisting crunches 30 reps

Yeah. I may not have named some of those correctly, but you get the idea.

Tonight, 3 miles.

Today’s food:
-Thomas Mini Bagel w/ FF Cream Cheese
-Brewed Chai tea w/ splash of skim milk and a little bit of honey
-Leftover shredded BBQ chicken 1/2 sandwich on 1 slice of 15 grain bread
-activia yogurt
-green beans
-Fiber 1 Bar
-1 slice pizza
