I told myself I’d take it nice and easy, and I did. I ran the 4 miles in just under 47 minutes. That’s a little off my normal pace, but I’m glad I finished. I even felt like I could’ve kept going. Halfway through my run, I came across the BCC baseball team warming up for a game. They were jogging in the opposite direction, and one of them shouted out that I was running the wrong way. Getting hit on by hot college baseball players definitely is a nice feeling.
The entire run was a confidence booster. It was exactly what I needed after the monstrosity of last weekend’s 4 miles.
5 miles next weekend.. Yikes!
Forgot to add. I was 140.8 this morning. We’ll see where I’m at in the week to come!
Yay, you go girl! So I looked at all your facebook pics, hehe. You look great and the engagement pics are amazing!
Yay! You rock! I still have to head out for my 4 miler in 45mins or so. At least it’s cloudy. 🙂
Oh and we don’t have any plans on Sunday the 25th, so we should definitely try to team up for the 5 miles!
The 24th is fine, too. And I prefer to go early so that’s perfect. Yay for running dates!>>And untan means uncancer. So don’t let blogger mock you. lol
