I dropped by Dunkin’ Donuts this morning and got a turkey sausage eggwhite flatbread. OMFG it was delicious. For 280 calories, it was amazing. Holy yumminess, I think I have a new breakfast fave. I also got an iced coffee with skim milk.
My dip in the 130s was shortlived. Back to 141 this morning. Last night, I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, then wanted to go nighty-night. I kind of still feel like passing out.
Seriously? Like I need something else to crave in the morning! Im having a hard enough time resisting those damn Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte’s in the morning! Oh what am I saying? Im unemployed now – no need to drive to work. Nevermind! Blog on!
