Maybe I overreacted about the Holidays a little. The damage wasn’t too severe. As long as I get back on track this week, those 2.2lbs will drop right off. I can do this.

It’s Monday and I want a nap. After sleeping in for four days, my body has re-adjusted. I desperately needed Starbucks this morning.. So Brandon and I stopped by and I got a Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte……. and a butter croissant. Shoot me. At least I’m actually eating something for breakfast!

Last night during my trip to Target, I purchased a blender. New plan is to make smoothies for after-workout pick-me-ups. Tonight is strength training. I could use a good sweat.
