Yesterday was 10 9 8.. haha Just noticed that. Sorry!

Anyways, I hopped on the treadmill last night for C25k W6D2 which is run 1 mile, walk 1/4 mile, run 1 mile.. I kept telling myself I could do it, and I did! When I hit the 2.25 mile-marker, I walked another 1/4 mile, then kept running. I ran 3.1 miles in 35:45. A new PR for me! I was pretty stoked.

HAPPY FRIDAY!

Tonight: Lower body strength & maybe 20 minutes on the bike or elliptical
Tomorrow: C25k W6D3 (2.25-mile run) & upper body then HHN!
Sunday: XT to work off that Margaritaville dinner!
