Mobile blogging: woo hoo!

Despite being tired and a little hungover, I did c25k w6d1 yesterday (Saturday). It was pretty decent 2.25 miles. Didn’t catch my exact time because the treadmill was being a huge pain in the ass. It was around 27ish minutes. Then we came home.

I’ve been pretty good with the diet except for Friday night. I needed to veg out though.

Today (Sunday), I did some cross-training. 7 miles in 30 minutes on the bike. Then a nice upper body strength routine. Then we went into the basketball court and attempted to sink a few. Ended with abs and stretching.

Overall, it was a good weekend. Especially the FSU vs Miami game. Go noles!
