Last night Brandon and I went to the gym after a few days of laziness. I felt like I had an awesome run. I did C25k W5D2 and it felt great. I did the whole two miles in 23:30 which is a definite improvement!

I’m signing up to run the Outback Thanksgiving Day 6k and the Melbourne Beaches 1/2 Marathon in February. I’m psyched about it! I need to find a good training plan to get me to the half marathon.
